For Powerboard Version 1.25, NuIQ Software, Inc. is offering two new
programs:

   1.  Associate Sysop Program

       The Associate Sysop Program offers a 50% discount on a single
       node, 3-Node or 9-Node Powerboard package.  Those participating
       in the Associate Sysop Program will be required to sign an
       agreement stating the following:

         A. The Powerboard Shareware version 1.25 and Shareware utilities
            will be made available in a seperate section on the BBS.

         B. The BBS is freely accessable by anyone, i.e. no one is denied
            access to the system, and that at least the Powerboard section
            will be available to non-paying members.

         C. The BBS will be declared an official Powerboard BBS support
            site, and NuIQ Software, Inc. will have the right to promote
            the BBS and show its name and data number in a listing.

         D. An advertisment will be displayed on one of the welcome screens
            (provided by NuIQ Software, Inc.) stating that the BBS is a
            Powerboard BBS support and information site.

         E. The BBS will remain online for at least one year, during 
            which time it will be using Powerboard BBS 1.25 or later
            and will conform to above requirements.       

       The Associate Sysop Program will allow only one Associate Sysop/BBS
       per reigon.  For example, we will not allow two Associate Sysops
       in one town.  Please call us to verify that your application will
       be accepted before ordering.

   2.  Local Sysop Program

       The Local Sysop Program offers discounts to Sysops who register
       together in one reigon.  All that is required is that a name be
       designated for your local Powerboard Sysop Group and that
       registration be sent in at the same time.  For example, a Powerboard
       Sysop Group in New York might be called "The New York Powerboard
       Sysop Group".  Discounts are as follows:

       The only reason why an application for the Local Sysop Program would
       be denied would be if the members are in more than one reigon.  If
